What band or musician is most important to you?
Great question. I'm not sure it applies to me, but if I had to pick I'd say Aaliyah and Lauryn Hill. I love their music. Aaliyah was a beautiful dancer and I've always admired her fluidity and technique. Lauryn Hill made music that made me think and research and it taught me a great deal.

Do you read? What are your favorite books?
Yes. I read. My favorite books are The Rose That Grew From Concrete by Tupac and the Homecoming series by Cynthia Voigt
